  I HAVE USED LEN THONUS SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS .Every time they have been on time and did great work , However when you get the bill you go into shock unless you are wealthy beyond looking at prices. This is the third time the bill made me sick but the first time they quoted one price and handed me a bill for a few hundred more this time I decided to dispute it with them and my credit card company. the worker never said how much it would cost to do the job my quote was from the owner Len himself . quoting approxx 175.00 to insatall a dishwasher that was already removed a year prioir so it needed a Y pipe which I still had from when it was removed a year ago . the plumber insisted on using a brand new copper one not saying this would cost more. took 45 minutes to read the manual which I am now being charged labor for in addition to the 100 bucks for the Y pipe!!!! if you use them I highly suggest you get your quote in writing and present it to their workers before the work is done and do not give them a credit card . disputes with these people get ugly you are better off to stop payment on the check!!!!! ASAP!!!! the dispute actually told my credit card that I have Asthma so I could not help the plumber clean the kitchen !!! Like I am a slob!!! well LEN THONUS YOU Lying sack of @#$%^&*(. MY kitchen was clean and beyond for your plumber everything in my kitchen was removed for this Delivery including every appliance, watrer cooler too and the hole where the dishwasher was to go was vacuumed twice along with the cabinets emptied and they also said my Dishweasher was 8 feet from the sink so they had to charge more!!!!! HOW DARE THEY !!!!!!! there is a 20 inch cabinet between my sink and dishwasher along with every unit in this condo complex and LEN THONUS is the PLUMBER for most of them. so you know he should know better. Trying to take advantage of a woman . I am not happy. and Len never returned my call. the guy who answered the phone said he was sick maybe he has Asthma because I never have how dare he say I did . isn't that illegal???? Oh and the bill I got was over 400.00!!!! for 175.00 quote . warn your friends unless you have money to burn .

  Very pleased with their service. We asked friends for recommendations, and these guys were at the top. Now I see why. I had a bad flame sensor on one of my furnaces, and within the hour all was replaced. The work was finished in the time quoted, and the cost was also as quoted. Further, the person who did the work was a very nice guy.
