  I saw all these negative reviews when I searched for the closest location to ship a package and was a bit apprehensive to go. But what a pleasant surprise when I got there! Waiting time was less then five minutes and Andrea was very friendly, competent and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

  Poor customer service at the front desk. Employees are laid back and too lazy to help customers. I would recommend google to initiate “Star minus” to rate this place that deserve (-5). Rating this place with one star is a courtesy. I can’t believe that an employee brought her dog to work !!.
