  Let me start by saying I'm sure Tim and his company do an excellent job but im greatly disappointed especially after seeing all of these reviews. I called to have them come out to take a look at my beeping water softener, something easy like a tripped alarm or low salt, the lady on the phone was friendly and an appointment was made between 2-4 a few days later. At 3:45pm Tim calls saying he's running late (understandable) and confirming what my issue was... and that was it. Never heard from NMP again except for today when they were nice enough to send me an invoice for work that was never done. Could have saved myself some time and went with another company from the start.
