  The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
  1. Buses are disgusting( gum on seats, trash everywhere)
  2.Buses are never on time,15-25 minutes past the scheduled time for a arrival
  3. Bus drivers are very rude. I had exact change, he refused it accept, told me to go around and buy a ticket, in the most inappropriate manner you can think of. When I asked him his name he kept giving me false names.
  If there was another bus company, I would never take this bus again. Absolutely the worst. Advice to the company, please train your workers on the basics of customer service, because they clearly have none.
